FEES
All cases are handled on a contingency
fee basis with all costs advanced by McGlynn, Glisson & Koch. (In States where
payment of case costs by attorneys is restricted or prohibited, McGlynn,
Glisson & Koch will comply with all local laws.) We will never charge more
for our services than the local custom or law provides. All local lawyers
retained by our firm to assist us are paid out of our fee. Despite the
involvement of two lawyers, the client will never pay two percentages.
