DO WE
ACCEPT OUT OF STATE CASES?
Together with the association of
carefully selected competent local counsel in each location where a case
is undertaken, the lawyers of McGlynn, Glisson & Koch are championing the
causes of victims of Tardive Dyskinesia throughout the country. (We will
also consider associating a lawyer suggested by the client.) To date,
cases in California, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Mississippi, Alabama,
Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, Louisiana, Pennsylvania,
Massachusetts, Georgia, New York, Ohio and Michigan have been, or are
being, formally prosecuted. If there is a case of Tardive Dyskinesia caused by the
substandard care of a doctor (or doctors) we will review it, determine the
merit, obtain local counsel and do everything necessary to obtain full
compensation for the victim(s) of this nightmare – wherever it might have
occurred – and we will do so with class, compassion, dignity and respect
for those involved.
